Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

 


1. Scope and Contribution Requirements

Submissions must:

  • Present novel theoretical, methodological, or applied contributions
  • Demonstrate scientific rigor and reproducibility
  • Address complex real-world or computational problems
  • Include comparative evaluation with state-of-the-art approaches
  • Provide clear validation (experimental, analytical, or empirical)

Papers lacking originality, technical depth, or validation will be desk rejected.


2. Ethical and Legal Requirements

Before submission, authors must ensure:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere
  • All co-authors have approved the submission
  • Necessary permissions for copyrighted material are obtained
  • Research involving humans or animals has received ethical approval
  • All conflicts of interest are disclosed

The journal follows international standards including:

  • COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics)
  • Best practices in scholarly publishing and transparency

3. Manuscript Preparation

3.1 Structure

Manuscripts must be organized as follows:

  1. Title (concise, informative)
  2. Abstract (150–250 words, self-contained)

3.2 Formatting Requirements

  • Language: English (academic standard)

  • Figures: high-resolution (≥300 DPI)
  • Tables: clearly labeled and referenced
  • Equations: properly formatted and numbered

3.3 References

  • Must be complete and accurate
  • Follow a standard citation format (APA / IEEE recommended)
  • Include DOI where available
  • Avoid excessive self-citation

4. Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submission, authors must confirm:

  • The manuscript complies with the Author Guidelines
  • The work is original and not under review elsewhere
  • All references are verified and complete
  • Figures and tables are properly labeled
  • Ethical approvals (if required) are obtained
  • Permissions for third-party content are secured

Submissions failing to meet these requirements may be returned without review.


5. Peer Review Process

The journal employs a double-blind peer review system:

  • Reviewers and authors remain anonymous
  • Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent experts
  • Evaluation criteria include:
    • Originality
    • Technical quality
    • Methodological soundness
    • Clarity of presentation
    • Relevance to the field
